I have ADHD and anxiety and smoky quartz is supposed to be the grounding stone. Wearing this gives me something to fiddle with and the weight on my wrist actually does keep me feeling more present. Big help.
Several beads have those wispy internal veils and tiny inclusions that natural smoky quartz is known for. Some folks might see them as flaws but to me it's proof this is the real deal and not glass. Love that authenticity.

Beautiful bracelet but heads up these are larger beads. On my smaller wrist it feels chunky and the weight is noticeable. If you prefer dainty bracelets this might not be for you. Still love wearing it.
I was hoping for that deep moody smoky look from the listing photos but mine is more of a flat brownish color. Not bad just not what I pictured. The beads themselves seem real quality wise, just less dramatic than I hoped.

Don't want to be harsh but up close the beads look more like brown tinted glass than actual crystal. No real depth or character to them. Stretch is okay and the size fits fine, but I expected more for the price.

The neutral smoky brown color works with every outfit in my closet. Black, white, beige, navy, jewel tones, all good. Has become my everyday default bracelet. Quality is decent for the price.
