2026 Football Predictions

These Official Rules govern the ChiGrove "Crystal Energy Cup" prediction game (the "Promotion"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by 北京奥赛博商贸有限公司 (operating as ChiGrove) ("Sponsor," "ChiGrove," "we," "us"), located at Room G4a, Tower B, Yayuan International, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. The Promotion is administered through the ChiGrove online store at chigrove.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, in jurisdictions where the Promotion is permitted by law, who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of participation. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 11, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET, immediately following the conclusion of the 2026 tournament final (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion. Predictions must be submitted before the official scheduled kickoff of each match; predictions lock once a match begins.

4. How to Participate and Earn Points

  1. Account. Create or sign into a free ChiGrove customer account. Creating an account is free and does not require any purchase. Upon first participation, you receive 100 starter Crystal Points.
  2. Daily check-in. You may claim +10 Crystal Points once per calendar day during the Promotion Period.
  3. Predictions. Predict the outcome of any eligible upcoming match (e.g., the winning team or a draw). Submitting predictions is free.
    • A correct prediction earns Crystal Points. The number of points awarded varies by the relative difficulty of the predicted outcome, as displayed in the game at the time the prediction is made.
    • An incorrect prediction earns zero points and does not reduce your existing Crystal Points balance.
  4. Crystal Points are a promotional in-game currency used solely within the Promotion.

Skill is the predominant factor in earning points. Crystal Points are awarded according to these Official Rules and are not distributed by random drawing.

5. Rewards and Redemption

  1. Crystal Points may be redeemed for ChiGrove discount codes ("Rewards") listed in the "Rewards" section of the game, at the point cost shown for each Reward.
  2. Each discount code is single-use and non-transferable, applies only to purchases on the ChiGrove online store, and provides the stated discount. Codes may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
  3. Crystal Points and Rewards have NO CASH VALUE. They cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash, and they cannot be purchased. Unused Crystal Points expire at the end of the Promotion Period and upon account closure.
  4. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Reward is equal to the face value of the discount, up to $25. Total ARV available to any single participant is limited by the Rewards offered and the participant's accumulated points.
  5. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to Rewards received.

6. One Account Per Person; Fair Play

Each participant may maintain only one (1) account. Use of multiple accounts, bots, scripts, automated methods, or any attempt to manipulate predictions, points, results, or the Promotion is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant and void any Crystal Points or Rewards obtained through fraud, tampering, or violation of these Official Rules.

7. Match Results and Point Awards

Match results are based on official outcomes as reported by Sponsor's data sources. Sponsor's determination of results, point awards, and Reward eligibility is final and binding. In the event of a typographical, technical, or data error, Sponsor reserves the right to correct point balances and Reward redemptions accordingly.

8. Privacy

Information you provide is collected and used in accordance with the ChiGrove Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such collection and use.

9. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any part of it), and to adjust point values, Rewards, and these Official Rules at any time, including if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Reward. The Released Parties are not responsible for: late, lost, or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, network, or communication failures; or any error in the administration of the Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York State, United States.

12. No Affiliation

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, any football association or competition organizer, any participating team, or any social media or technology platform. All trademarks, team names, and competition names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
