A Three-Stone Alignment Ritual for the Desk
Compartir
Before the demanding thing, sit down.
The Alignment page is clear: notice mind, body and the room before you decide. The desk is where most of those decisions start. The stones only mark the pause.

What you need
Three pieces if you have them: amethyst above, obsidian lower left, rose quartz lower right—as the page specifies. Three small towers from the Sancai still lifes work. So do three stones that simply read as different.
A notebook. That is not optional. The sentence is the ritual.
Three steps
01 · Arrive. Phone in another room or face down off the desk. Sit until your shoulders drop once.
02 · Align. Three stones in a triangle with space in the middle for the page.
03 · Intend. One sentence. What matters now—not the quarter, not the inbox. Close the notebook or leave it open under the stones.
Where it lives
Desk, reading table, or the corner named on The Alignment page. Not the dining table at dinner. Not stacked on top of yesterday’s Reset sphere.
If the desk cannot spare a triangle, do the sentence anyway and put the stones back in a dish.
What this is not
Not a way to skip the task. Not three personality types. Two-stone Balance is a different afternoon.
