A Simple Reset Ritual for a Crowded Day
Share
The surface is the day.
If the nightstand cannot hold a glass of water, the morning already has a job. The Reset does not ask you to organize the house. It asks for one small plane and less on it.

What you need
A clear quartz sphere if you have one. A clear point or small cluster if you do not. A tray helps. Bare wood is fine.
Bedside, desk, or the corner of a coffee table. Same rooms named on The Reset page.
Three steps
01 · Clear. Take three things off that do not belong: the extra cable, the receipt, the mug from yesterday. Three. Stop.
02 · Center. Place the sphere in the middle. If you own points, they can sit around it. They are optional. The center is not.
03 · Begin. Nine slow breaths. Name one thing you are ready to start—not the whole list. One.
Then leave it
Do not restock the table before noon. The empty third is the ritual holding.
If you want the longer Balance pause, that is a different day and two stones. Do not stack both kits on the same six inches.
Care
Wipe the sphere when you wipe the table. Do not soak it. See the care post.
